César Ramos is a French, Spanish, and Brazilian music producer (BRKVH) based in São Paulo (SP, Brazil). With an extensive catalog of 33 albums released since 2012, his early works (2012–2018) explored electronic music with jazz elements. In 2025, he launched the X☼ Project under the Emergency Light artist name, an eclectic journey blending jazz, R&B, soul, electronic, house, pop, rock, and ambient.
César Ramos also releases projects under other artist names: Esrac Ceti (an ethereal project for the Ceti Order, launching May 2025) and Ykell Romas (a Sertanejo project, launching June 2025).
