César Ramos, also known as “Emergency Light Music”, is a French, Spanish and Brazilian music producer based in São Paulo, Paris and Madrid. Born in Paris where he witnessed the birth of the French Touch, he began to produce music in 2011. This website is the central hub for all of César Ramos’s music endeavors and projects. César has released over 40 albums since 2012. His work is a sophisticated crossroads where the spontaneity of Jazz meets the precision of Electronic Music.
