César Ramos (also known as “Emergency Light” Music) is a 🇪🇦 Spanish, 🇫🇷 French and 🇧🇷 Brazilian music producer based in São Paulo, Madrid and Paris. Born in Paris in the 1970s where he witnessed the birth of the French Touch, he began to produce music in 2011. César Ramos is a multi-instrumentalist and producer whose sound is shaped by the cosmopolitan energy of Paris, Madrid, and São Paulo.
